ESS (Energy Saving System) control features:
Bladder tank - ASME section VIII rated at 125, 150, 250 psig. Heavy duty full acceptance butyl bladder top connected with air vent.
"Zero flow" flow switch - Stops pump at less than 4 gpm flow and restarts it at 8 gpm or greater flow.
ESS pressure switch - Keeps pump running until bladder tank is fully charged at pump shutoff head.
High system alarm and light with/without system shutdown.
High suction pressure shutdown with light.
Automatic vacuum priming for lift application (horizontal headers only).
